This week seems to have passed very quickly, maybe it's a sign of age :-) A quick "Hello" to the forum members, its been great to welcome new members and see more cards going into the gallery.
Another Great Example.
 Remember those "basic" templates from last week. Well Janet has done another lovely example showing the cards produced from them don't have to look that basic! The technique is explained fully on her blog, it uses the "front" aperture cards but she only cuts half the aperture hole out... honestly she explains it a lot better than me. Janets blog can be found HERE and the basic templates can be found HERE.

Clock
 Well more of a pocket watch than a clock but more will follow in this category later. Ideal for "Time for...." type statements. All the normal papers are available in their own category in the main section.

Scouts / Guides
 After a request in the forum we have added 300+ sheets with the scout and guide emblems. They have their own category in the main section called "Scouts". There are backing papers, Inserts, Tags and Labels.

If you've never come across this website before then you're in for a treat. Over 1,100 craft related videos including a really good "Paper Work" section which is split into Card Making, Calligraphy, Decoupage, Origami, Quilling, Scrap Booking and Teabag Folding.
Lots of good demonstrations, tips and techniques. I particularly liked the one which shows you how to make your own rub ons!

Donations
We try not to bang on about donations, in fact we try and ignore the money side of things completely but unfortunately we do need a small income to run the server and to develop new features for the site. (We have to bring in outside help for things like the Backing Paper Builder and unfortunately it doesn't come cheap.) We have lots of great ideas to develop and the only thing holding us back unfortunately is money.
All money donated will be used to keep the two sites running (Free Craft Downloads and Free Craft Stuff) and any money left over will be used to develop the next project.
So the long and short of it is, if you've enjoyed using the papers and the Backing Sheet builder etc. we'd be grateful if you consider making a contribution.

We have recently changed the site navigation to make it easier for people to find their way around. Hopefully this is working well for you but if you do have any issue with or comment on it please let us know. Don't forget to stop off at the gallery where you will find a growing number of inspiring card examples.
