Things are moving on quickly this week, should have lots of news for you in the next week or so. At least two great new developments on the site!!!! Additionally I think we have some great papers for you this week, even if I do say so myself.
Printing off the Site.
I can't stress enough that the best way to use our designs is to navigate to the full sized image, right click and save it to your computer. Then use a viewer or graphics package to open and print it ( if your computer is well set up the double clicking on the image in your download folder should open it in the relevant programme).
If you don't already have a good graphics programme / viewer then I highly recommend IrfanView. Why do I recommend it ? ( no we don't get any money for this recommendation )
- It's FREE
- It's simple to use for beginners
- It has some great features for experienced users
- It can do everything a crafter could need to do with an image.
If I remember rightly this programme had an option to install the Google Tool Bar at the same time, please make sure you untick the box if you don't want this toolbar.

Fairies
Fairies seem very popular at the moment and they are certainly a good counterbalance to the trains we did last week. We have done a full set of papers with the fairy design, Backing Papers, Inserts and Tags and Labels and, in the decoupage section, 4 (slightly) different decoupage sheets. We are quite pleased with how these have turned out. Don't forget to visit Janet's Blog for examples using them. (I have mis-spelt the word fairies on a lot of the file names, I will try and correct this when there is time.)

Flower Papers
Well spring has sprung and after giving you two lots of children's papers (trains last week and fairies this) we have some lovely flower papers for you. For a change these papers are based on photographs rather than drawing. They are really special and we have made sure each sheet is available in two formats, a "normal" one and one which appears very "faded" for a much more suttle background..

Janet's Blog.
You may well want to visit Janet's blog this week as she has done 3 great examples on there for us, each with full instruction on how you can make a similar card yourself. The first is yet another way of using our "basic templates". The second is a fantastic "shaker" card using one of the fairy decoupage sheets. Lastly there is a card using the new Tbag sheets, it uses a "Star Bust Frame" fold for the tiles and there are great step by step photos to help you with it. I'd like to take the opportunity to thank Janet for her hard work with these examples.

Tbag Tiles
One think I haven't mention is that we have made Tbag papers for both of the above sets of papers mentioned above. There is a Tbag section in the Flower_photo category and another in the Fairies Category both with 4cm and 5cm tiles. We haven't made any Tbag papers before and we are interested to find out what people think of this new venture. If the response is positive then we will continue to produce them and maybe go back and do some for the old sections. You can give us your feedback in the forum or by replying to this email.

Helping Us Out
WE realised not everyone is able to donate to the site but if you enjoy using it maybe you could help us in one of the following ways.
- Let your friend know about the site, maybe you could forward this email to them.
- If allowed, post in any forums you are a member of. We may have been posted about before but why not tell them about this weeks papers or, if you have made a card with our papers, post it and say where the papers came from.
- Blog about us.. do you have a blog, why not write about this site, the backing paper makers, the designs!"
- Swap links with us.. if you have a web site we can help each other out! Visit our links section for details.
- Join the forum and contribute... it makes the site a lot more welcoming to new comers.

Well I think I've gone on enough for this week. We are really excited at having started work on the next 3 projects for the site and many thanks to those whose contributions have helped towards this. Over the coming months you can look forward to an added feature to the forum and no less than 2 new online builders!!!!As with the Backing Paper Builder the forum members will be the first to use these, then the mailing list member and finally we will make them open to every one.
Happy Crafting
Yours
Bob
